So, The Daily Express say that 'A simple way for people to stay slim without counting calories has been discovered'
Apparently researchers say we should concentrate on quality and not quantity...The Harvard School of Public Health in America said that the best way to stay a healthy weight is to eat nutritious foods 'they should eat more 'natural foods' such as fruit and vegetables, whole grains, nuts and yogurt...rather than crisps, sugar sweetened drinks and chips....?!
Well, forgive me, but a) did they really need Harvard Public Health peeps to work this out b) Have they heard of DETOX YOURSELF.....??
