Spinach, Cinnamon and Cloves
Wendy from the USA has asked about Spinach, Cinamon and Cloves, it's a big YES to all these - nutmeg too, in fact all spices and herbs. It is really easy to think that 'detoxing' has no flavour but I find the richness of flavour is what always amazes me when you 'go healthy'
DETOX in readiness for DETOX...
Make sure that your cupboards and fridge are free from Non Detox goods, chuck out the mince pies, tuck into the leftover chocs and box up the caffeine. Once you start your programme, it's best not to have anything in temptations way.....

Look Good AND Feel Good

The party season is upon us, if you haven't already started, I'm sure there are dates in the diary to enjoy and indulge. BUT, late nights, alcohol and rich foods are some of the biggest offenders when it comes to looking and feeling your best the next day.

Top Tips for getting through....

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.  Don't drown in it but drink a large glass of water, slowly each hour throughout the day.

Moisturise and protect.  Feed your skin with a luscious face oil for full on moisture absorbtion, invest in a good 'night oil' (PURE Intense Oil should do the trick) to plump up and nourish the damage you may have caused for an overnight miracle.

Stop when you're feeling fab.  There's a stage when you are out having fun and drinking with friends that you realise you are having a fab time, THIS IS THE TIME TO STOP DRINKING, cos there's at least one full glass of alcohol that you have consumed that hasn't registered yet.  That way, you have a great party,  without the party pooping......
