Cleanser as a Treatment
Don't forget, you can apply a small amount of your BALANCE Nourishing Cleanser for 10 or 15 minutes as a deep treat/cleanse. Try it and see the difference in your skin....

Write out your shopping list....

Detoxing takes a bit of planning, and this is where the ghastly phrase 'fail to plan and you plan to fail' saying really rings true.

So, whilst in the 'not detoxing yet' zone, take the time to write a shopping list of all the things you need to get you successfully started.  The best way to do this is to do, say, three day's worth of meal plans - back to domestic science lessons at school!

Write out what you are going to have for meals and what you are going to snack on and then make out your shopping list.  This helps ensure that there is delicious food available, tasty snacks to grab on the hoof and nothing is wasted if the planning is good.  If you buy Goats cheese for snacking with oatcakes, then use the rest to crumble over a main course roast veg dish...nothing wasted, everything tasted...sorry!!

Jane - Loved "Detox Yourself" - I first did it about 10 years ago, and have just started another month of it one week ago. The one food that I can't find in the book but seems as though it could be ok to eat is oatmeal (e.g. Steel cut, or rolled oats cooked with water, and sweetened with honey?) Would that be so wrong? P-p-please give me permission!
