Holland and Barrett are doing their buy one, get one half price thing and whilst I don't really take vitamins, I'm loving their flaxseed and pumpkin seed products with Goji berries and sunflower seeds mixed in - there's even one mixed with cocoa for the chocolate lovers. So sprinkle some on your porridge in the morning nand stay full til lunch time - in a healthy way....

Ah Ha! The question about tomatoes and DETOX, Yes or No!
Well, new learning, more experience and a little bit of study says that whilst I disallowed them in DETOX Yourself # 1 I decided they were soooo good for us and that any acidity issues were far outweighed by their anti oxidant/lycopene content - not to mention the FLAVOUR that in DETOX YOURSELF # 2 they are a big YES!
Enjoy soup, salad, sauce and all types - and tinned tomatoes are one of the few (if the only) fruit that is healthier in tinned form than fresh!
