How to use...

Bathing
Run your bath, drizzle 3 or 4 capfuls onto the water, slide into your bath and realx and absorb, inhale the aromas. On leaving the bath, massage the skin to absorb the oil. Dry as usual.

Showering
Before entering the shower, rub some oil over your stomach area and low back, wait just a few moments then shower as normal.

Body Oil
Spray and massage a thin film all over your body, wait just a moment, dress as usual, smile, you're wearing your Detox!
